1Who we are

Company BRO Global is a Saudi commercial company registered in Jeddah (Commercial Registration 7050896781, VAT 313153776800003), with its office at 3035 Al Amn Al Aam Street, Al Aziziyah District, Jeddah 23334. 2What we collect

Information you give us: when you submit a quote request, an RFQ, a dealer application or a generator enquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project city, the products or services you need, and the notes you enter. When you write to us by email or WhatsApp we keep the correspondence.

Information collected automatically: our hosting and analytics providers record technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you reached the site and approximate location derived from your IP. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads conversion tag; see the cookies section for how to control these.

3Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a technical or commercial offer; to deliver, invoice and support what you buy from us; to keep the records that Saudi commercial, tax (ZATCA) and customs rules require; to improve the site and measure which pages and campaigns bring genuine enquiries; and to protect the site against abuse.

We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract or steps before one (your enquiry), our legitimate interest in running and improving a business website, legal obligations, and your consent where the law requires it (for example, marketing messages). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.

4Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and analytics, servers in the European Union), Resend (transactional email delivery of form submissions to our inbox), Zoho (our business email), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), Meta (WhatsApp Business messaging when you contact us on WhatsApp), and our ERP provider for orders and invoices.

Manufacturers and logistics partners when needed to fulfil an order (for example to register a warranty or arrange delivery), and public authorities where the law requires it. Some providers store data outside the Kingdom; where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards and choose providers that publish their security and data-protection commitments.

5Cookies and analytics

The site sets only the cookies needed to run it (such as your language preference) plus measurement cookies from Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which help us understand traffic and count enquiries generated by our campaigns. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage ad personalisation in your Google account; the site keeps working without measurement cookies.

6How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and reply to repeat requests, then deleted. Records of orders, quotations, invoices and correspondence connected to them are kept for the period required by Saudi commercial and tax law (currently a minimum of 10 years for accounting records). Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default settings (Google Analytics: 14 months).

7Your rights

Under the PDPL you can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct or complete it, to delete it where we no longer need it, and to stop or limit certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) if you believe your rights have been infringed. Write to sales@broglobal.net; we respond within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity.

8Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security and a content security policy; form submissions travel encrypted to our email provider; and access to business systems is restricted to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures and will notify you and the authority of any breach as the law requires.

9Children and third-party links

broglobal.net is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data. The site links to third-party sites (for example our Ronix retail store at ronixksa.com, manufacturer sites and social networks) whose privacy practices are their own.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
