broglobal.net is operated by Company BRO Global, Commercial Registration 7050896781, VAT 313153776800003, 3035 Al Amn Al Aam Street, Al Aziziyah District, Jeddah 23334, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are an industrial supply, trading and contracting company and an authorised distributor of Ronix tools in the Kingdom under an agency letter from Ronix GmbH.

2Using the site

You may browse the site and use its tools (including the generator selection chart and sizing calculator) for your own business purposes. You may not copy, scrape or republish the site's content, use it to send spam or unlawful material, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access to the site or its forms where we detect abuse.

3Information, tools and prices on the site

Product information, ranges, ratings and specifications on the site are provided for guidance and are drawn from manufacturer data; the exact specification of any product is the one stated in our written quotation and the manufacturer datasheet issued with it. The generator sizing calculator and kVA pages give indicative results for budgeting only and are not an engineering design; final selection depends on your actual load list, site conditions and the consultant's requirements.

Prices shown on the site or in guides are indicative ranges in Saudi riyals and are not offers. A binding price is only the one stated in a written quotation, in SAR, with VAT shown separately, valid for the period stated in it. We may correct errors in published information at any time.

4Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a form or contacting us is a request for information or a quotation, not an order. A quotation becomes a binding contract when you accept it in writing (or issue a purchase order that we confirm) and, where the quotation says so, when the agreed advance payment is received. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and may depend on manufacturer availability and exchange rates.

5Orders, payment and delivery

Payment terms, delivery time and delivery point (ex-works, delivered to site, or DDP) are those stated in the quotation. Delivery dates are estimates based on manufacturer lead times; we will tell you promptly of any change but are not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, carriers, customs or events outside our control. Title to goods passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery. You must inspect goods on delivery and notify us of visible damage or shortage within 48 hours.

6Warranty and after-sales

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated in the quotation (for example, Ronix tools carry a 2 Years Warranty in the Kingdom; generator sets carry the engine and set manufacturer's warranty). Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use with the recommended maintenance; it does not cover consumables, misuse, incorrect installation by others, lack of maintenance or fuel and power-quality problems. Warranty claims are handled through BRO Global in the Kingdom; keep your invoice and serial numbers.

7Cancellations and returns

Orders for stocked items can be cancelled before dispatch. Items manufactured or configured to order (including generator sets, containerised plants, uniforms with branding and cut-to-size materials) cannot be cancelled once production has started, and advance payments for them are non-refundable to the extent of costs incurred. Returns of stocked goods are accepted within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition with the invoice, subject to inspection and any restocking cost stated in the quotation.

8Intellectual property

The site's text, design, photographs of our deliveries, the BRO Global name and logo are our property or used with permission. Manufacturer names and logos (Ronix, Perkins, Cummins, Baudouin, Kubota, John Deere, Doosan and others) belong to their owners and are used to identify genuine products we supply.

9Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law. Otherwise, our liability for any claim connected to the site or a supply is limited to the price paid for the goods or services concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of production, profit or contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that products you order are suitable for your application and that installation complies with applicable codes and authority requirements.

10Governing law and disputes

These terms and any contract with us are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably first; failing that, the competent courts and committees in Jeddah have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
